In this paper product safety issues were presented from the perspective of running a socially responsible company. The first part outlined the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR). - Consumer accident is a sudden event in connection with the use of a product, unintended by the user, whose conse-quence is the loss of life or personal injury requiring medi-cal attention, such as injury, poisoning, burns. These are accidents not road accidents or accidents in the workplace but accidents occurring in the home or its surroundings, or in carrying out various activities in their free time.,
