This work deals with a transport system characterized by reliability understood as the probability of non-occurrence of failure and operating reliability understood as the probability of task execution. Relations between the above mentioned reliability measures in the man–object–environment system are taken into consideration. Some computational examples are presented and conclusions formulated.
