The paper presents the results on systems’ reliability related to their operation processes and the results on limit reliability functions of parallel-series systems. The results of the asymptotic approach to the evaluation of multi-state parallelseries system reliability and availability are presented. Finally, their application to the ship-rope transportation system evaluation is given.
